regulations as MAY be necessary for the appointment or removal of all
Officers, Agents or Servants oft he Command and the regulation of their
Functions and duties, the fixing of their remunerations and the security to be
given by them, and for the government and conduct in all particulars not
otherwise provided for, of the affairs of the Command.
(7) (a) The Executive
MAY, from time to time, appoint such Standing or
Special Committees from the general membership, including members
of the Executive, as it
MAY deem necessary with such powers and
authority as the Executive
MAY deem advisable and SHALL be
responsible for the conduct and work of any such committee.
(b) Committees authorized to operate under the jurisdiction of the Ontario
Provincial Command
SHALL submit a report to each Command
Meeting and submit an annual Financial Statement.
(8) The Executive
SHALL have the power to make any equalized assessment
on all Units of the Command to meet any extraordinary expenditure not
provided for by the Convention.
(9) The Executive
SHALL meet at such times and places as the President
SHALL decide; and at other times upon the call of two-thirds of the
Command; it
SHALL however, meet prior to each Command meeting
and/or Convention.
(10) The Command
SHALL meet at such times and places as the Membership
SHALL decide, and other times upon the call of the President.
(11) A special meeting
SHALL be called by the President at any time upon
written request of four members of the Executive.
(12) Notice of all regular and special meetings of the Executive and of the
Command
SHALL be mailed by the Secretary to each member at least
fourteen (14) days before the date of such meeting.
(13) In cases of emergency, the President
MAY call special meetings by any
means of communication that is convenient.
(14) The Executive
MAY fix its own order of procedure at all meetings, and
those of the Command.
