(f) Funds of the Ontario Provincial Command MAY be invested in Term
Deposits in such institutions as the Command Executive
MAY direct.
(g) All signing officers must be bonded.
7. POWERS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE
(1) Four members personally present SHALL constitute a quorum at any
meeting of the Executive, but a lesser number
MAY adjourn the meeting.
(2) Any member of the Executive MAY be suspended or removed for cause by
the President provided full disclosure of the facts have been made to all the
other members of the Executive Board.
(3) Any member of the Executive
SHALL be deemed to have vacated his seat
thereon, and any other Office which he
MAY occupy in the Command if he:
(a) ceases to be a member in good standing in the Association, or
(b) is suspended, or
(c) is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Executive, unless
such absence is excused by a vote of the Executive.
(4) The Executive
SHALL keep or cause to be kept, minutes of all meetings;
record of all business transacted; of all resolutions passed and actions taken,
whether by meeting or otherwise of all appointments however made; of the
attendance at all meetings, and of all proceedings of the Executive and the
Command.
(5) The Executive
SHALL discharge all duties and obligations imposed upon it
by the Convention, and carry on all necessary activities, including situations
requiring immediate action, of the Command between Conventions; and for
such purpose
SHALL have such powers as the Convention itself can exercise  session.
(6) The Executive
MAY make, or cause to be made, for the Command, any
description of contract which the Provincial Command
MAY by law enter
into, and
MAY from time to time, make and enforce such by-laws, rules and
