(5) It SHALL be at all times the duty and object of the Provincial Command to
assist in the organization of new Units, the obtaining of their charters, their
initial organization and development, and generally in the furtherance of the
aims and objects for which the Dominion Association was organized.
(6) The Ontario Provincial Command
SHALL not be responsible for the debts
or obligations incurred by any Unit.
4. OFFICERS

(1) The Officers of the Ontario Provincial Command SHALL be:
The President
Past President
First Vice President
Second Vice President
Third Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
(2) The offices of Secretary and Treasurer
MAY be combined.
5. ELECTION OF OFFICERS

(1) The Officers SHALL be elected by ballot at the Biennial Convention, with
the exception of the Secretary/Treasurer who
SHALL be appointed and hold
office during the pleasure of the Executive with voice and vote.
(2) The term of office
SHALL be from Convention to Convention. There
SHALL be no limitation to the number of consecutive terms of office.
(3) To be eligible for nomination for the office of Provincial President or
Provincial First Vice President, a nominee must be an active member in
good standing in the Association and in his own Unit, and who has served
on the Provincial Command Executive Board within the past six (6) years.
Nominees for all other Provincial Vice Presidents must have served as a
Unit President, or as an Executive Officer of a Unit in the Command.
