1. ONTARIO PROVINCIAL COMMAND OF THE ARMY,
NAVY AND AIR FORCE VETERANS IN CANADA. ACT
OF INCORPORATION, CONSTITUTION, RULES & BYLAWS

(1) Provincial Command means the Ontario Provincial Command, Army, Navy
and Air Force Veterans in Canada, established by the Constitution, Rules &
By-Laws of the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans in Canada, Section VI,
Paragraph 6.1.1, of the Dominion Command Constitution, Rules & By-Laws.
2. INTERPRETATION

(1) ASSOCIATION - means the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans in Canada
and all Units thereof.
(2) COMMAND - PROVINCIAL COMMAND - ONTARIO COMMAND means
Executive body of the Ontario Provincial Command, ARMY, NAVY
AND AIR FORCE VETERANS IN CANADA and all Units thereof.
(3) EXECUTIVE - means the Executive Officers of the Command as elected, or
otherwise provided for by the Command in Convention.
(4) Headquarters - means, the place in which the Executive offices are located
and the official records of the Ontario Provincial Command including the
Ladies' Auxiliary are kept. The said Headquarters SHALL be kept in the
Toronto area and can only be changed in Convention by a two-thirds (2/3)
majority vote.
(5) CONSTITUTION - means the Act of Incorporation, Constitution, Rules &
By-Laws of the Army, Navy and Air Force Veterans in Canada, as amended
and adopted in convention with any amendment or amendments thereto.
(6) DOMINION COMMAND - means the governing body of the Association.
(7) UNIT - means and SHALL include any Unit in the Provincial Command
which has a Charter from the Dominion Association under Section VII of
the Constitution.
