18. MISCELLANEOUS
(1) "LETTER OF INTENT"
A 'Letter of Intent' must be written to the Auxiliary by a member who has
accepted a temporary position on the Men's Unit Executive, notifying them
of this action. She will not attend the ladies meetings while serving in that
capacity, but she will not lose her seniority in the Auxiliary. When she is no
longer required to serve in that capacity she must write another letter to the
Auxiliary stating her desire to return to Auxiliary Meetings. A copy of these
letters must also be given to the Men's Unit.
(2) "SUSPENSIONS" AND "EXPULSIONS"
Suspensions can be for a period of up to one (l) year, but a definite time
limit must be given, (i.e. 30/60/90 days etc.). There is no such thing as an
'indefinite' suspension. An expulsion is for a period of time in excess of one
year.
