years from the date of cancellation of the Charter, such Trust as
remains SHALL revert to the Ontario Provincial Command to be
disposed of as the Ontario Provincial Command and Unit Trustees see
fit.
(23) Units desiring to Incorporate must inform the Ontario Provincial Command.
(24) All Units SHALL submit a copy of Unit Deeds and Trust funds to the
Ontario Provincial Command.
(25) No Holding Companies will be established without the approval of Ontario
Provincial Command.
12. SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, EXPENSES, ETC.
(1) All amounts of per capita tax and/or special assessments by the Ontario
Provincial Command to Units SHALL be part of an Annex to this Act of
Incorporation, Constitution, Rules & By-Laws and SHALL be lawful as if
incorporated in same.
(2) All expenses as MAY be set out from time to time, for Command Officers,
for transportation, accommodation, per diem, and Command activities,
SHALL be part of said Annex.
(3) Honorariums and/or rentals paid SHALL be part of said Annex.
13. DOMINION OFFICER
The Dominion Vice President MAY be invited to attend Ontario Provincial
Command meetings and Conventions to bring his report on the activities of
the Dominion Command.
