9. CONVENTION COMMITTEES
(1) Each Convention SHALL appoint the following Committees:
(a) Resolution Committee,
from Convention to Convention
(b) Constitution Committee,
from Convention to Convention
(c) Membership Committee
(d) Credentials Committee
(e) Appeals Committee
(f) Publicity Committee
(g) Grievance Committee
(h) Such other Committees as the Convention MAY deem necessary.
Provincial President must see that the Unit hosting Provincial Convention
takes on duties of (f) Publicity Committee and (g) Grievance Committee. A
Vice President of the Ontario Command SHALL be placed in charge of
each Committee at Conventions for convening of each Committee.
(2) Reports of such Committees SHALL be submitted to the Convention as
expeditiously as possible and be adopted or rejected by the Convention in
whole or in part.
(3) Any Committee appointed at such Convention SHALL, in addition to
matters which have been referred to it by the Convention, have the power
and authority to make recommendations to the Convention on such matters
as it MAY deem expedient or necessary, and such recommendations
SHALL receive the consideration of the Convention.
